SUPPORT ENGINEER | TRIGGIT

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Triggit is a demand side platform DSP and official partner of the Facebook Exchange. We use real time bidding technology to bid on billions of impressions a day to provide performance, scale, and efficiency for our clients.

What you’ll do all day:
• First line of defense when it comes to troubleshooting
• Identify, categorize, and triage technical issues
• Provide visibility to internal teams on important issues as they are being worked through
• Help the Triggit accounts team message technical problems in an easy to understand way for clients
• Help the integrations team onboard clients that have technical difficulties
• Understand how different parts of Triggit’s technical stack interact and affect client campaigns
• Manage resources from multiple teams to get projects completed

DESIRED MAJORS: Computer Science & Engineering

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javacript, Ruby, SQL
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical members and clients
• Really good communication skills (you will have to talk to a lot of people)
