The first meeting of the UNR Student Chapter of the American Nuclear Society will be held Thursday, Sept. 28th at 6 pm in DMS 105. This event is free and open to all. Pizza and drink will be provided! A Navy Nuclear Propulsion Officer will address the attendees on the topic of naval nuclear propulsion.

The U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program is a unique and extremely rigorous training ground for young people to gain education and experience operating and maintaining these exceptional reactor systems while serving their country.
